CONSERVATIVE TRENDS IN RESOLVING MODERN PROBLEMS OF NATIONAL SECURITY

Abstract

In attempts to establish political law protection of the main domains of modern society and state activity, it is necessary to perform effective operations of national security. The political law measures of ensuring national security have historical experience in performing security in the sphere of the interaction of interests of a personality, society and state. The experience of using conservative political law measures of ensuring the Russian state and society security formed in the XIX and in the early XX century as well as the significancy and efficiency of conservative state law policy give ground to apply the conservative ideology potential as a fundamental formation in the modern system of countermeasures to threats to state national interests. The achievement of qualitative clearness of the Russian state law system, suggested by the author, will allow to release all positive resources of a personality, state and social institutions, to define a perspective novelty of conservative political, economic and spiritual orientations and values being requested in today’s word.
