Abstract

History of legal science is one of the main components of the whole history of legal and political thought. It should be noted that history of the development of legal science has its own regularities. The study of the peculiarities of the development of legal science in Kazakhstan allows us to say that it differs in its own, mostly personified, memoir nature; there much attention is paid to the activities of such representatives of the state and legal thought of Kazakhstan as M.A. Binder, Ya.M. Belson, G.S. Sapargaliev, M.T. Baimakhanov, and many other academic lawyers. At the same time, the study of the specifics of the formation and development of legal science is impossible without analyzing specifics of the institutional development of legal science, and without studying theory of state and law, history of political and legal thought. Moreover, historical and legal works related to this issue, researches in the field of state (constitutional) law, Soviet construction and state administration, as well as state (constitutional) law of foreign countries and international law are not outside of research attention.
