Abstract

Abstract. The creation of conditions for anti-corruption behavior and mechanisms that make it extremely difficult for forensic employees to corrupt their operations remains a pressing issue for the functioning of forensic institutions (FI) in the Russian Federation. Purpose: to analyze interpretations of «anti-corruption behavior», examination of methods and techniques for combating corruption, as well as to analyze similar methods applied in some foreign countries. Methods: the author uses empirical methods of comparison, description, interpretation; theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic; statistical methods. Results: the study identifies methods and mechanisms to combat corruption in FI. The experiences of Singapore, China and Japan in promoting anti-corruption behavior in FI are reviewed, and ways of countering corruption in this professional area in our country are proposed.
