BACKBONE FACTORS OF PASSENGER TRANSPORT CONTRACTS

Abstract

The existing concepts of creating a system of civil contracts are formed with such backbone signs as signs of result orientation, subject structure, compensatory nature, etc. At the same time, little attention is paid to such a backbone factor as system linking. The process of forming a backbone system is connected with searching the factors uniting elements in an expedient unity. Now researchers’ efforts are most often aimed at finding criteria of dividing the system into parts, but not at uniting. The system of passenger transport contracts has to consider not only its derivativeness from the system of the public relations developing within transportation process but also from the essence of functioning and interaction links between system elements. The author concludes that it is necessary to study mutual link interferences within the system as well as the problem of administrating a set of system links.
