Abstract

Contractual legal regulation is carried out by coordinated action of a set of legal phenomena consciously used by the subjects of contractual relationships. The functional interaction of legal means used in contractual and regulatory activities finds its terminological expression in the category “mechanism of contractual legal regulation”. The analysis of existing approach-es in legal science to determine the mechanism of legal regulation allows to formulate the defi-nition “mechanism of contractual legal regulation”, identify its structural components and construct models of the studied phenomenon of social and legal reality.
