Abstract

The authors of the paper, aiming to determine the issues of goalsetting of legislative regulation of cyberphysical systems, neural systems created on the basis of artificial intelligence, robots and robotics objects, believe that the general goalsetting is due to a complex of internal and external factors associated with the discrepancy of the regulatory framework of new technological conditions and the level of development of science and technology, the emergence of new problems of the globalization process, the struggle for technological superiority. The authors of the paper conclude that the formulation of problems of legal regulation in the field under study depends on the formulation of not only general but also specific goals of improving legislation in the field of artificial intelligent systems and robotics.
