Abstract

The features of the approach to understand statehood in the history of Russia are revealed. The role, significance and prospects of the theory of the special development path of Russia are interpreted and reassessed. The necessity of rethinking the historical factors that prompted the emergence of the theory of the special development path of Russia is substantiated. As a result, the author concludes that it is necessary to fully perceive the ideas of the rule-of-law state in our country. Then, according to the author, there will be no problem related to the his-torical fate of the state.
