F.M. RAYANOV’S CONTRIBUTION TO THE MODERNIZATION OF RUSSIAN THEORY OF STATE AND LAW

F.M. Ryanov is a famous researcher. His ideas have made a major contribution to the development of theory of state and law; they have been recognized and accepted by many modern scholars. His approaches to the concept of state, the essence of state and the typology of state have given a new understanding of these state law phenomena. F. Rayanov’s contribution to the modernization of the concepts of civil society and the rule-of-law state is particularly significant, the thinker’s ideas on the validity of the rule-of-law state, its place among ideologies, its practice and the prospects for its formation are of great importance.
