POSTINDUSTRIAL SOCIALITY: EXPENSES OR HUMAN INVESTMENT?
Keywords:
jurisprudence, sociality, interests in law, social state, information society, financial and economic development, education funding, legal policyAbstract
The complex dualistic nature of man, which genetically contains elements of the unconscious along with the rational constituent, is dialectically
associated with various hierarchical steps of the social community, where people expect to have the right to job satisfaction, to find a defense of their good interests and implementation of their civil position and etc., which can be achieved in a social state, characterized, in particular, by a high level of wellbeing, legal protection of people, their high sociality, i.e. ability to social actions. Since person’s acquired abilities, which are necessary for the realization of his life forms and successful interaction between members of society, occupy an extensive place in sociality, it is essential to stress the importance of authorities’ activities in support of civil society institutions, cultural and moral education, comprehensive physical and spiritual development of a person using economic, political, legal and institutional mechanisms. The problem of the new definition of “human sociality”, the correlation of its essence with the level of financial and economic development of statehood at the present stage, the importance of education for developing true sociality, becomes urgent today. Due to this circumstance, the issue of the need to change the education finding system in Russia
in relation to the existing systems in this area in the countries of Western Europe and the USA should be resolved.
