LEGAL REGULATION OF THE INTEREST IN THE GLOBAL SYSTEM OF HUMANITY
Abstract
Today, one of the most important global problems is environmental problem. There are more and waste products, so changes are required to organize the entire system, as well as in the approach to deal with garbage dumps and landfills. In the modern world, the composition of garbage has changed a lot, plastic has appeared, and disposal methods are outdated. Currently, the pollution problem is not just a difficulty; it is already a global environmental disaster. Bashkortostan is also actively involved in the implementation of the “Clean Country” project. In May 2019, an international congress of regional
operators was held in the republic; there the issue of the difficulties of implementing the garbage reform was discussed. A quadripartite agreement on cooperation in the implementation of investment projects was signed at the congress.
