Roundtable participants representing various law schools and scientific institutions GG Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Ufa discussed topical issues of formation of the rule of law in Russia and declare the following:
April 26, 2013, a round table on the role of international and domestic acts of recommendation in the Russian legal system. The round table was organized by the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Baikal State University of Economics and Law, Irkutsk Institute of legislation and legal information to them. MM Speranskii and Irkutsk regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia.
So, during the two days leading legal scholars Russian lively discussion of the possibility of implementing the constitutional development of the vector in the direction of the rule of law. Discussion and subjected to the provisions set forth in the draft resolution, which we publish in its original form. In addition, we took into account the suggestions and scientists who took part in the conference held in absentia. All of these findings can serve as areas of scientific research for scientists engaged in the problems of the formation of the rule of law in Russia.
